Wangdi Phuntsho
Wangdi Phuntsho is a passionate Bhutanese cultural and trekking guide with a deep commitment to sharing the authentic spirit of Bhutan with the world. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Language and Literature (2016) and began his professional guiding career in 2017.
A licensed Cultural Tourism and Trekking Tourism Guide, Wangdi brings extensive hands-on experience in cultural interpretation, Himalayan trekking, guest care and personalised travel experiences. His professional journey has also extended into tourism training, guide development, assessment, accreditation and quality management.
Through Tashi Pelbar Bhutan Travel Company, he is dedicated to creating meaningful, authentic and thoughtfully curated journeys—connecting travellers with Bhutan’s people, culture, spirituality, nature and timeless way of life.

Sonam Wangmo
Sonam Wangmo is a motivated and organised tourism professional with experience in administration, customer support, planning, accounting, and programme coordination. She brings a practical and responsible approach to managing tour logistics, coordinating schedules, supporting guests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day travel operations.
With proficiency in Dzongkha, English, Sharchopkha and Nepali, along with experience in office administration, professional development programmes, and community-based activities, she contributes strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills to every journey.
As a Tour Manager, Sonam is committed to delivering well-coordinated, comfortable and memorable Bhutan travel experiences with genuine care and professionalism.
